Book Haul #1

This is something slightly different than my normal reviews, but I thought it would be fun to show all the books I brought in May, including ones that I have already reviewed, and which ones I am most looking forward to read.
So let's begin!

Here are all the books I brought in May:

Including The Safe Word by Karen Long, which is on my Kindle:

The Books that I haven't read yet are:

Angelfall by Susan EE - I have heard nothing but good things with this book and the cover was pretty and the synopsis was interesting. So after all these things I honestly couldn't stop myself from buying it.

The Fault in Our Stars by John Green - There is so much hype behind this book and I have heard nothing but good things! So I can't wait to get stuck into this book and hopefully fall in love with it like a lot of other people. Plus I have always wanted to read a John Green book, so I thought why not start with this one!

The Maze Runner by James Dashner - Honestly I wanted this book because I heard they are making it into a movie, and that one of my favourite actors (Dylan O'Brien) is involved in it! So I thought that I would pick up the book and read it before I went to see the movie. Plus the synopsis intrigued me so I'm excited to see what it's all about.

Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi - Again this is a book that has a lot of hype behind it so I thought why not! Plus the cover is gorgeous!

The ones I have read are:

Amy and Rodger's Epic Detour by Morgan Matson - I have already reviewed this book, which can be read hereso to summarise, I Loved the book, Loved the cover! Seriously cute read!

A Million Suns by Beth Revis - This one I brought because I had the first book in the series, which I liked but didn't love, and wanted to continue it. Which is why I brought a used copy for like £2.00. After reading it, I still like the series and would probably continue onto the third book but It wouldn't be something I need to get straight away.

Burn for Burn By Jenny Han and Siobhan Vivan - This book was okay but it didn't really thrill me or excite me. I really only brought the book because I liked the cover and had heard good things about it. I don't really know why I didn't like it because it seems right up my street but unfortunately something just didn't click with me and I was just 'eh' after reading it.

Tiger Lily by Jodi Lynn Anderson - Another book that I have already reviewed, which you can read here. Again loved the premise, loved the cover, had to get it. After reading it, it has become one of my all time favourite books and Jodi Lynn Anderson has become one of my all time favourite authors. A must read!

The Safe Word by Karen Long - I have just finished reviewing this book, which you can read here, and again it is another book I recommend completely! It is totally gripping and also not very expensive (especially for your kindle) so it just ticks all the boxes. It's a little different than what I normally read so there were parts that I didn't like about it. Other than that, I seriously love this book and I definitely shall be waiting for the next installment!

And that's it for my first ever book haul post! Hope you enjoyed it and there maybe another one...probably...hopefully...if I have the money :)
